Youri’s Beer Journal: I.P.A.

Brewery: ‘t IJ
Nationality: Netherlands
Type: I.P.A.
Percentage: 7%

After my first encounter with the Belzebuth I decided to have an I.P.A. the owner of the café gave me the advice to try Brewer ‘t IJ’s I.P.A. Now I.P.A. are very different from your regular type of beer. The taste is fresh and slighty lime-like. This I.P.A. is hopped during and after the process and has a grapefruit and flowery taste. A refreshing beer for someone who wants to try something different.
